Why is a bank payment cheaper?
Bank payments cost less for us to collect than cards. Other ways to pay are priced on their own line, and you see that line before you pay.
Which exchange rate do I get?
The rate shown on your quote, locked for ten minutes. We show it beside the fee so you can judge the whole price.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel free for 30 minutes after you confirm. The money returns to the bank account it came from.
